From the moment you arrive, our team will make you feel at home. Your first visit is straightforward and unhurried, three simple steps designed to understand your health and get you on the right path.
1. Paperwork
We'll start with your new patient intake forms. You can fill these out online before you arrive to save time, or in-office if you prefer. They give our doctors your health history up front, so your appointment is spent on you and not a clipboard.
2. Consultation
Next, you'll sit down with the chiropractor to talk through your health concerns, what's bothering you, your history, and what you want to get back to doing. It's a real conversation about your goals, not a rushed intake.
3. Physical & neurological exam
Finally, we perform a thorough physical and neurological exam to understand what's really going on. If x-rays are warranted based on what we find, we'll take them afterward, so we can treat the root cause and not just the symptom.
What to have handy
- Photo ID and insurance card (if using insurance)
